Can Lightyear see my details and documents?
In short, no we can't. Not unless you invite us to do so. If you would like to invite us to see your data, even for a short period of time, its easy.
Head over to Company Settings > Allow Lightyear Support > Yes, as shown below.
Only Admins can enable or disable this feature
When this box is checked, the Lightyear support team will be able to log into your account with a User profile called "Lightyear Support", and they will have full Administrator access for as long as this is enabled. Please remember to set this to No as soon as the need for Lightyear Support access is over.
