Changing Your Billing Details

How to change my payment details

In order to change your payment details, or update your details with a new card, follow the steps below.  

Please note, if you are in a Parent account, billing is found to the top left of your screen: 



From the Lightyear screen, select the " SETTINGS" icon to the left and from the drop down select " BILLING";



You will then see the " BILLING OVERVIEW" page:

From this window, click on the " CHANGE PAYMENT DETAILS" button;

This will then take you to the Card Screen, Update your setting and click "UPDATE



After update is clicked, this new card will be used going forward.
