New Colours and Font
Lightyear has an updated look and feel!
You will probably have noticed we have changed some key colours throughout Lightyear to a different shade of blue/green.
Keen eyes may have also noticed a slight difference in the font we're using.
Don't worry, this update is a visual change only and doesn't change any functionality or placement of buttons throughout Lightyear.
Bug Fixes
We have fixed the following bugs:
My Tasks
- When in Company A, looking at a document from Company B, you would only @ tag a user from Company A, rather than the users relevant to the document you were looking at
- When in Company A, looking at a document from Company B, the Chart of Account list displayed was for that of Company A, rather than those relevant to the document you were looking at
Archive
- Document Level Bill were not displaying Categories when exported to CSV
Splitting Modal
- When trying to split documents/lines within the Approvals Workflow, the lines were not being displayed within the modal
- Companies in the US, where the accountancy software did not use tax, were seeing rounding issues as the document was trying to apply a Tax Rate/Tax Amount behind the scenes. Tax Amounts will now display as a line item, similar to how a Map would display and calculate tax
We have officially launched our integration with Access Financials for users within the APAC region.
Companies connected to MYOB Acumatica can now export the Product Codes extracted from documents alongside description information.
