Bug Fixes: Accountancy Software Fixes
Sage 300 - Scientific Notation on 0 Value Fields
CSVs with '0' populating in fields will no longer populate with the scientific notation of 0E-8. They will instead show the correct value of 0
iplicit - Export Issues
Some users exporting to iplicit were seeing an error message relating to the PO Number being a duplicate. This has now been fixed, iplicit exports will no longer fail because of this reason.

Accountancy Software: MYOB AccountRight - Due Date on Credit Notes
Lightyear will no longer try to send a Due Date on Credit Notes to MYOB AccountRight, as this was causing exports to fail.
Quick Access to Edit Suppliers
Users can now quickly access their Edit Supplier page from within the Approval Workflow > Edit Supplier modal. This will make it easier to access your Product Lists and make adjustments to Product Automation information.

Accountancy Software: iplicit - Due Date on Credit Notes
The Due Date field has now been added for document type Credit Note when connected to iplicit. Users can populate this with a date and export to iplicit.
Deleting and Transferring Documents with a Pending/On Hold Task
Users will not be able to Delete or Transfer any Bills/Credit Notes/Receipts that have Pending or On Hold approval tasks. They will first need to retract these and then continue on to deleting/transferring.
Bug Fix: Create Accounting Supplier Missing Fields
We mistakenly remove the Account field within the Create Accounting Supplier modal for the following accountancy software:
- MYOB
- Netsuite
- QuickBooks Online
- Sage Business Cloud
- Xero
This has now been added back into Lightyear

Mobile App: Home Screen and Navigation Menu
Our mobile app has a new look!
Within this we've updated our Home Screen and Navigation Menu to make space for upcoming features.
If you're familiar with uploading documents via the mobile app, you'll notice a new Upload flow.
Click the Upload Doc button and select your document type from the menu, then select if you want to Take Picture or Upload From Photos.

Be sure to update the app on the App Store or Google Play Store.
