Rounding Bells
If you have used the Rounding Bell on the Tax or Total lines, you will be familiar with needing to add these separately, e.g., adding the Tax Rounding which will give you up to 2 lines, and then adding the Total Rounding which will balance whatever the tax has added to match your Panel 3 document.
We have made this slightly easier by allowing you to double click either the Tax or Total Rounding Bell to add all the necessary lines at once.

For all new Lightyear accounts created, they will have the Auto Smart Extract set to Yes, and Default Extraction Type set to Service.

Full information on these settings can be found

Accountancy Software: Sage Intacct - Exchange Rate Types
We had a gap from the previous release where customers not using Multi Currency in Sage Intacct were unable to export at all.
Now, there's a new setting in Accountancy Software Settings for Do You Use Multi Currency? with a Yes/No option. If you don't use Multi Currency, or want to stick with applying the Intacct Daily Rate on documents, you can keep this as No. If you want to use a Custom Exchange Rate Type on documents, change this to Yes and ensure you have your correct Default set in Sage Intacct.
3rd February
Accountancy Software: Sage Intacct - Exchange Rate Types
If you have a custom Exchange Rate Type set up within Sage Intacct and set as your default, this will be used on export of Bills and Adjustments from Lightyear.
If you don't have anything set as a default, your exports will continue to use the Intacct Daily Rate.
This will appear within the Currency section of the document.

Please Note: If you do not have Multi Currency enabled within Sage Intacct, we are currently working on a solution to get around this issue.
