Why do blank suppliers import from MYOB?

Why do blank suppliers import from MYOB?

Have you connected your Supplier Cards from MYOB AccountRight/Essentials and are they appearing blank?

Check the Supplier Card in MYOB to see if they are set up as an Individual or as a Company.  Lightyear will only present those set up as a Company., therefore any "blank" supplier cards reflect those set up as Individuals which will generally appear at the bottom of your supplier cards list.

If you want to use them you will need to change them to a 'Company' in MYOB and then re-import your supplier cards into Lightyear.
