Paramount are able to generate invoices in two formats with a very different structure to the metadata within them.
Click on the below to see an example of the good format. If you would like to receive the “good” format, you can email Teresa teresa@paramountliquor.com.au with your Customer Number. Please let her know that you are a Lightyear customer and that you would like to receive bills in the “good” format.
Teresa will be able to do the rest.
In comparison, you can see the bad format which has the "/" character under Cases/Bottles which gets extracted incorrectly for quantity.
