Billing Release
We have released a large re-factor to our Billing mechanism.
You will notice a slight change to the layout and content of your transaction log. This new layout will give us more flexibility when reporting your use of credits as we move forward. For instance, we will now distinguish as to whether a credit was consumed by exporting to accounting software or by exporting to inventory systems.
Just to clarify - there are no changes to what you are charged for, simply a new table to report credit consumption to you from Friday 22nd May, forwards. Your credit consumption 21 May and prior will remain on the old table for your reference.
You will also notice that if you are charged overage on future bills, that you will now receive one bill which will have both your new monthly plan and your overage included within it.
