From time to time, you may need to change the billing address that you initially used to set up your Lightyear account. To do this, follow the steps below.
On your Lightyear screen, click the drop down to the top right of the page, your name will usually be shown here. For the purposes of this article, I am using "Lightyear Support Team".
From the drop-down menu that appears once this is clicked, select "
COMPANY PROFILE".
When Company Profile is selected, the following window will appear:
You can find your Lightyear Email address in here as well as VAT/ABN details relevant to your company profile. To change the company billing address, simply click the relevant boxes and enter the desired address.
Once you are happy with the address, scroll down to the bottom of that page and click on the "
UPDATE".
Once this is done, the new address you added will be used going forward.
The address used here, must match the address on the invoices you receive
