Have you got your things in order come audit time? With Lightyear, it's easy! All your notes, communications, touchpoints and bill data is all accessible via our Notes, Activity and Archive sections. 

Here are a log of your Notes, including those who have been tagged with a date and timestamp of each communication left at a bill level:

If you have an auditor who needs access, invite them as an Auditor user and they will have read only access to your bills. They can find the bills they need very quickly and easily thorugh our dynamic online Archive
