How do I navigate between my accounts - Company Picker

Are you a user of multiple Lightyear accounts? Done working in one and want to be able to switch to another account easily? Use our company picker!




If you're a user of multiple companies, the company picker quickly lets you know which accounts need your attention. When you log into Lightyear, you'll be presented with a table like the one above, listing each company you're a user of. You can select the company you want to view from the list, or use the search field to refine the results if you're a user of many companies.


The company picker can be viewed at any time after logging in by clicking your Lightyear email address at the top left of the screen.



It will also give you a snapshot of the status of the account with the number of bills in the Approvals/Signed Off/Processing tabs as well as which accounts have 2FA mandated.
